Christmas Tree on Harbour Green
The Christmas Tree on Harbour Green is lit either late November or early December on a Sunday afternoon. The tree is then taken down on Candlemas Day, 2nd February.

Sunday, 29th November, from 3:00pm
Join us inside St John's Church from 3:00pm.
Then outside on Harbour Green to celebrate the switch on of the Christmas tree lights at 4:00pm.
Light refreshments available, mince pies, mulled wine, etc.
Stays up and illuminated until Candlemas (2nd February 2026).
2025
Sunday, 30th November, from 3:00pm
Join us inside St John's Church from 3:00pm.
Then outside on Harbour Green to celebrate the switch on of the Christmas tree lights at 4:00pm.
Light refreshments available, mince pies, mulled wine, etc.
